Your responsibilities:

  • Overseeing IT projects from start to finish and maintenance,
  • Gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications,
  • Planning, coordinating, and monitoring project execution,
  • Leading Agile projects (SCRUM/Scrumban) and managing resources,
  • Ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery,
  • Communicating with international clients and internal teams,
  • Optimizing project processes and mitigating risks,
  • Overseeing project budgets (Time & Material) and tracking time reports,
  • Reporting progress, and maintaining documentation (JIRA, Confluence).

Apply if you have:

  • 3 years of proven commercial experience as Project Manager,
  • Solid practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum) methodologies and tools,
  • Understanding of software development processes,
  • Proficiency in setting tasks and requirements,
  • Expertise in managing international customers expectations,
  • Ability to identify project risks and manage them,
  • Expertise in managing a project’s budget in time and material model,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment,
  • Excellent English (C1 level) and Polish(C1) communication skills.
